What types of services do you provide?
We furnish and install fencing and related perimeter security products such as new fence installation, iron gates, chain link fence, vinyl fence, operators, and access control systems.
Do I need to obtain the permits for my job?
No, Kingdom Fence will obtain all necessary permits if needed. Customers are responsible for obtaining any variances from HOA.
What is Texas 811?
Kingdom Fence is required by law to contact Texas 811 prior to starting any job. Texas 811 is a free service that comes out to make any underground utility lines. This process is done to prevent damage or injury during installation.
When can I expect my job to be installed?
Your sales rep will provide you with an estimated start date. A job can’t be started until all necessary permits have been obtained and Texas 811 has been called. Once permits are obtained and the property is marked, you will be notified of your installation date. Weather can also be a factor in determining the start date of a job. If you have any questions about your installation date, please contact your sales associate for clarification.
What's the payment schedule for purchasing a fence?
30% prior to starting the job and 70% once the job is 100% completed.
Do you need a permit for a privacy fence in Houston?
A privacy fence in your backyard will often not require a permit unless it is to be over 8 feet tall, but it really depends on where you live. Feel free to reach out to us, and we will be more than glad to provide you with more information.
Does my fence need to have concrete around the post?
YES! All fence posts will have a concrete foundation around them, with a minimum of 4,000 psi of concrete.
What type of payment do we accept?
